Our Packaging

Your jewellery purchasing experience is very important to us and unboxing your chosen piece of precious jewellery should be a very special moment.

Our jewellery is wrapped with care in our signature tissue paper and beautifully presented in two options of gifting boxes; our standard box and our forever box.

To keep the package discreet and secure, we use high-quality outer boxes to hold your jewellery box and diamond or gemstone grading report.

Eco-Friendly & Sustainable

Every element of our packaging is carefully considered using responsibly sourced materials and we support local businesses whenever we can for our printing and packaging.

Our standard jewellery boxes are made using high quality, durable grade cardboard sourced from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified forests.

This means that 70% of the materials origin from well-managed, FSC-certified forests and a maximum of 30% from recycled materials and other controlled sources to protect the forests for future generations.

Our forever boxes are crafted from responsibly sourced solid rubber wood from FSC certified forests.

Our mail bags are biodegradable, made from plant sources and are 100% home compostable (they have ‘TÜV OK Compost Home’ certification). Anyone can compost them in their own compost bin at home and they decompose completely without producing toxic residues in the process.

Our signature labels and tissue paper are also made from 100% recycled organic material and printed with vegetable ink.

Next Day Tracked Delivery

Your package is free from external branding, ensuring that nothing spoils your surprise. Your order will be fully insured with Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will send you tracking details once it leaves our showroom, so you can check the progress of your delivery.

We also double box for both transit protection and discretion, so that no-one can guess the contents. Delivery will be arranged to your door, or another address upon request.

International Delivery

We will ship using DHL Global for our international clients. However, please note we will chargeshipping costs and customs charges will be payable in the country you are shipping to. Many countries require import fees/duty charges at customs before delivery can be completed and the buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs fees.

Packaging & Delivery FAQ's

How much is UK delivery?

Delivery is free in the UK on all orders exceeding £1500.

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 5 weeks and bespoke designs can take between 8-12 weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you require a rush order.

What is priority delivery?

Our Priority Service reduces the standard delivery lead time by approximately 10 working days for an additional cost of £110, which you can choose at the checkout.

How does international delivery work?

All EU and international parcels are shipped via our nominated couriers and are fully insured to your postal address, every parcel requires a signature upon delivery.

All orders outside the UK & EU are DAP (duty at post) which means they are subject to local taxes or duties on arrival.

Is your packaging discrete?

We understand that our customers don’t want their precious jewellery arriving in branded packaging, opening them up to theft, or ruining a surprise. Therefore we send all of our Ethica Diamond jewellery securely in a sturdy outer packaging box, about the size of a child’s shoe box, that isn’t obviously jewellery.

What's your returns policy?

We will accept returns within 14 days from the date of arrival on items that are unworn with original packaging.
