Jewellery Return & Exchange FAQ's

How do I return an order?

If for some reason you need to return an order, just let us know.

Provided the order is returned to us within 60 days, in its new condition with original packaging, we will happily process a refund. Please note that any costs you incur to return shipping is non refundable and a £40 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover packaging and postage (if free postage was given at the time of purchase). We're only a small business so we hope you will find this understandable.

When sending items back please ensure you obtain proof of postage and do not write "diamonds" anywhere on the outside of the package.

What products aren't eligible for return?

Please note the following items cannot be returned for a refund:

1. Custom jewellery or orders that were altered while in process.

2. Sale items. We accept exchanges on these items.

3. Any item(s) with custom engraving.

4. Wedding bands.

5. Rings that have been resized or modified to a point where the design is bespoke.

6. Items that have been previously exchanged.

7. Full diamond set bands.

8. Layaway items.

If you have any concerns, please speak to us and we will be able to reassure you if the item/s you are looking to purchase would be returnable for a full refund or exchange.

Do you accept earrings back?

We understand that earrings are often purchased for a birthday or surprise gift and for this reason, we will happily offer an exchange or refund on unworn earrings purchased from us.

Our return policy for earrings is 14 days.

We do not offer a free returns label.

What happens if the ring size is wrong?

We understand that it isn’t always possible to get the size right on the first attempt – surprise engagement rings are notoriously tricky!  We offer complimentary standard cost resizing service on all engagement rings (excludes wedding bands) for the first 30 days. All resizing work will need to be returned to us, to keep your guarantee validated.  Simply return it to us, insured with the postage, we will resize it for you and return it.

There’s a problem with my ring, can you fix it?

We carry out meticulous quality control checks before each piece of jewellery is dispatched. However, if you experience any manufacturing issues, you can simply return your jewellery to us so that we can identify the problem and replace it. If your jewellery is damaged during normal activities, we are happy to repair as appropriate.
